Herbert Group Ltd
The Herbert Group moved to Haverhill in the late 1960s when it outgrew its North London premises. There are two main divisions: Herbert Retail, which provides weighing and labelling solutions to UK retail multiples, and Herbert Industrial, which supplies the food processing industry with advanced weigh-label technologies.
Originally founded in 1760, the Herbert Group is now at the forefront of technological developments in areas such as networking, internet-based solutions and high-speed weighing. The company occupies two sites in Haverhill and has more than 250 employees.
